Goal

When executing and running the PSADMIN utility command "psadmin -c status -d <domain_name>" from the command line. The command output is returning with an empty date/time field for the Application Server domain status as follows:

Need to understand and determine the possible root cause as to why the "started since [ ]" is blank and not showing any date and time for Application Server domain?
