EPY: The Setup Employees Garnishment Page, Tab Garn Spec Data 2, the Address Does Not Automatically Load (Doc ID 2814225.1)

When adding an address to the employee's Garnishment page in the tab Garn Spec Data 2, the address is not refreshing to show the new address

Typically once the Remit Address field was populated, the Address Information should be displayed on the page below.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data USA > Deductions > Create Garnishments
2. Search for the EMPLID of the employee who needs the garnishment added
3. On Tab Garnishment Spec Data 2, click on the "Edit Address" push button
4. Enter the address
5. When you exit the address edit box and save, no address appears


 This was noticed when going to PUM 38 from PUM 35.
