Custom SVG Image Is Not Showing On Open Enrollment Tile (Doc ID 2814240.1)

A custom SVG image has been entered on the Fluid Activity Guide page of the Open Enrollment Definition. However, no image displays on the Open Enrollment tile on the Employee Self Service homepage.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Enter a custom image on the Fluid Activity Guide page of the Open Enrollment Definition (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Automated Benefits > Processing Controls > Open Enrollment Definition).
     2. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage and views the Open Enrollment tile (Navigation: Employee Self Service > Open Enrollment tile).
