Notification Framework Tester Not Sending Notification (Doc ID 2814271.1)

Symptoms

Notification Framework Tester does nothing but saves the page.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Login as PS
  2. Navigate to Set Up SACR >  System Administration > Notification > Notification Framework Tester
  3. Fill in the fields for e.g. Notification Consumer = Task Management Notifications
  4. Click Send Notification button - it saves the page but no email notification is sent/received in recipient’s inbox.
