An error occurred while canceling the Adobe signature process 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Setup : Adobe eSign Configuration 

1, Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Document Management
2. Open the Document
3. Click Cancel Signature Process
4. Navigate : PeopleTools > Integration Broker >Service Operations Monitor > Monitoring >Synchronous Services
5. Search Service Operation : AS_AGREEMENT_DELETE
6. Click Error Message
