Symptoms

GL Journal Approval Emails not working after Tools upgrade to PT 8.58

After Tools upgrade to 8.58 we are no longer receiving journal approval emails.
Journal approvals still route and show up in the Approvals tile as normal. We just don't receive an email. And no error message is received.
