Symptoms

Upon submitting a job offer for approval the application displays

error message and stops further processing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a Job Offer for approval
2. Check the Approvers list and note that it fails with the message 'No Approval Process Defined for current Setid. Please contact your administrator'
