Cancel Button From Search Page Disappears When Performing Reconciliation Steps (Doc ID 2814859.1)

Symptoms

Cancel button from Search page disappears when performing Reconciliation steps when no results appear for the search parameters that are entered.

When performing Reconciliation after entering search criteria that returns results, if subsequent searches initiated from the search results screen does not find any data matching the newly entered search criteria; the Cancel button will disappear.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Go to Reconcile Pcard Statement. Hit clear button and Search.   Navigation: Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Reconcile PCard Statement
2. Page returns all statements. Go to Search link. Cancel Button is available
3. Inform any criteria that is not exist in the statements. Click Ok
4. Received the message: “No transactions found, specify different search criteria (10700,311)”.   Note that cancel button disappeared. Click OK
5. Clear the page and try to close search page using ‘X’ on the top
6. Still getting the same message: “No transactions found, specify different search criteria (10700,311)” .  Note that the Merchant criteria still populated even after clear the page.
7. The only method available to clear the search screen is to ensure valid search criteria is entered.
