ECM: Bank Reconciliation (BNK_RECON) Abends at Step BNK_RECON.240-INST.STEP01 on DB2 With an Error, "The syntax of the string representation of a datetime value is incorrect." (Doc ID 2815028.1)

Symptoms

After applying Image 39 on a DB2 database, the Bank Reconciliation (BNK_RECON) process is abending at Step BNK_RECON.240-Inst.Step01 with an error in the Message Log.

It appears that Bug 32127767 - ENH: EFFICIENT BANK STATEMENT PROCESSING, which was included in Image 39, added the new Step of BNK_RECON.240-Inst.Step01 which does not have the correct syntax for the DTTM_STAMP_SEC field on a DB2 database.

ERROR
SQL Error: [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/LINUXX8664] SQL0180N The syntax of the string representation of a datetime value is incorrect. SQLSTATE=22007

STEPS
1. Apply Image 39 on a DB2 database
2. Navigate to Bank > Reconcile Statements > Process Bank Reconciliation
3. Run the Bank Recon (BNK_RECON) process
4. Process will abend at Step BNK_RECON.240-Inst.Step01 with the above error

Changes

 Applying Image 39, which added the new Step of BNK_RECON.240-Inst.Step01.
