Absence Forecast Results in Error Code (17005, 000490) on ESS Request Absence Page, Absence Event Page and Create and Maintain Absence Requests Page (Doc ID 2815050.1)

Create and Maintain Absence Request page throwing following error when click on Forecast.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Create and Maintain Absences
2. Enter the Leave details.
3. Click on Forecast.

Note: Same error occurring on ESS Absence Request Page as well as on Absence Event Page
