Getting error when managing exceptions with QuickFill

STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------

1. Workforce Administration > Payroll Tile > Time and Labor Tile > Employee Time Folder > Timesheet
2. Enter  in the Empl ID field
3. Click Done
4. Click on employee
5. Add a row for a new task to be reported
6.Under quick fill, choose “Systems Maintenance” and enter time.
7. Click submit
8. You will get this error message
9. Click ok
10. Click on the red triangle and click Manage Exceptions
11. Click on the funnel and enter same for the empl ID and click done
12. This screen will come up
13. Click on the arrow on the right
14. You will get this error
