Candidate Gateway: 'And' Wording from the Password Requirements Text is not Translated For the Languages other than English

Symptoms
Password requirements text is not completely translated for the languages other than English in Candidate Gateway.
Within the Text for the Password requirements the "and" word is not translated, it appears only in English.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Login as an Administrator Navigate to Setup HCM > Product Related > Recruiting > Candidate Gateway > Password Controls: set the password controls
2. Login as Applicant using French Language
3. Navigate to Main Menu > Carrières, and click on ‘Nouvel utilisateur’ (New Registration)
Notice: only the Password Requirements text the 'and' wording is still showing in English
