GPCORE: When updating the Bank Accounts for Country Netherlands - the Label for "Description 1 and 2" fields replaced by "Additional Information 1 and 2" (Doc ID 2815643.1)

On Maintain bank accounts page for Country Code = NLD (Netherlands), the fields 'Description 1' and 'Description 2' are part of Netherlands secondary page(Additional Information) accessed through the link – 'Other Required Information'.

These two Netherlands specific description fields will update record PYE_BANKACCT_NLD.

These are used to enter additional information to include in the payment file.

For example if that particular bank account is used for mortgage payments, then in the description we can enter the mortgage reference number and the banking file will carry these description.

Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Administrator Navigation : Workforce administration > personal information > Biographical > Maintain bank accounts
  2. Access a Bank Account for Netherlands Country : Click on 'Other Required Information' hyperlink : Description 1 and 2 Fields are displayed
  3. Employee Self Service Fluid Homepage > Banking Tile > Add new Banking for Netherlands Country : The 'Other Required Information' link is hidden and the 2 additional fields(Description 1, Description 2) are displayed
