Symptoms
No Calculate Base or costs display for Life Insurance or Disability Benefits Plan Types for some employees in Open Enrollment, although they do display for other employees in the same Benefit Program.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Navigate to Employee Self Service homepage > Open Enrollment tile, Benefits Enrollment step.
2. Select tile for Plan Type Supplemental, AD&D, Short Term Disability or Long Term Disability.
