Purchase Order Link on the Fluid Requisition Summary Page Times Out For Multi-line Requisitions

Symptoms
Navigated to the fluid Requisition Summary, clicked the Purchase Orders link and system times out. The issue seems to only happen for multi-line requisitions.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Requisition Summary Page for a multi-line requisition that's been sourced to a PO. (ePro-->My Requisitions)
2. Click on Filter Icon and select Details
3. Click on Purchase Order link from within Requisition Lifeline
4. Page eventually times out
