Employee referral Information Not Populated In Job Application When Using Refer a Friend Functionality (Doc ID 2816283.1)

Symptoms

Employee submits a referral using the Refer a friend functionality and the applicant logs in to complete the application. The employee information is not populated in the referral step of the application.

Steps to recreate the issue:
------------------------------
1. Navigate to Selfservice > Recruiting >Careers > Click View all Jobs > Select a Job ID > Select Refer Friend
2. Click Attach Friend’s Resume > Upload a resume > Click Next , Enter First Name, Last Name
3. Scroll Down and click Add Email Address , Enter Email Address and select an Email Type and click done. Click Submit
4. Check the email for the referral url email.
5. Use this link to login as the applicant > Select Sign In > Select My Job Applications > Complete the application.
