Reserve IN_FUL_RSV Process is Failing While Processing the InterUnit Backorder (Doc ID 2816545.1)

Reserve process is failing while processing the interunit backorder.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : Items > Define Items and Attributes > Define Business Unit Item
2. Navigate : Items > Define Items and Attributes > Define Business Unit Item
3. Navigate : Inventory > Fulfillment Orders > Fulfillment Rules > Reservation and Backorder Rule (ITSUB)
    Check Reserve Substitute - Always
    Check Create Back order if substitute quantity does not fulfill shortage 
4. Navigate : Inventory > Fulfillment Orders > Setup Fulfilment (US010)
    Check Auto Backorder Approval
    Check Allow Interunit Backorders
    Click Reservation tab
    Enter Line Backorder Rule : ITSUB
5. Navigate : Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related> Cost Accounting > Transaction Accounting Rules
    Add Transaction Rule for US010 – Transaction Group 031
    DR/CR : CR
    Account : 131000
6. Check the item balance
    Navigate : Inventory > Manage Inventory > Review Inventory Balance Info > Item balance by Unit (US010-10032)
    Quantity Available : 1320
7. Navigate : Inventory > Fulfill stock orders > Stock Requests > Create/Update Stock Request
    Create InterUnit MSR with Qty more than 1320
    Click ok for the warning “The Costing record for the item 10032 does not exist in the destination business unit (11100,427)”
    Enter the Quantity 1330
    Save and Click Reserve button
8. Navigate : Inventory > Fulfill Stock orders > Review Fulfillment Information > Fulfillment Status
    Enter: US010- MSR0000037
    Two fulfilments are created : a. Reserved – 1320 b. Backorder – 10
9. Navigate : Inventory > Fulfill Stock Orders > Stock Requests > Reserve Materials Process
    Enter Order Number
    Run IN_FUL_RSV process
Issue : Process abended
