E-BI/XMLP: "Override Sender Email Address" Does Not Override Sender Email For BI Publisher Reports (Doc ID 2816864.1)

Symptoms

"Override sender email address" does not override sender email for BI Publisher reports.

For other process types it is working as expected.

In order to reproduce the issue, follow the below steps:
1. Log into PIA.
2. Navigate to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > System Process Requests.
3. Create a new run control.
4. Select XRFWIN BI Publisher process to run to "Email".
5. On the Distribution Detail page, have the "Override Sender Email ID" checked.
6. Run the process.
