EEX 9.2: User Logged Out Of System While Deleting Some of My Wallet Transaction In Fluid. (Doc ID 2816889.1)

Symptoms

In Fluid My Wallet , Select an My Wallet entry and then Delete the line and User get kicked out of PSoft application.

Steps:
1) Ensure the My Walllet transaction in EX TRANS table has data with same TRANS_NBR value with the same TRANS_DT with SEQ_NBR for one is 2 and the other is 3.
2) In fluid My Wallet select to delete one of the lines
