E-SEC/E-EO/E-CI: When Executing Update Sec Deploy Permission on PT 8.59, the Log File Contains Errors such as "Cannot find record. {EOPM_ACCESS_LISTX_WEB857_CI.MENUNAME_1} (91,30)" (Doc ID 2816966.1)

Symptoms


Site upgraded to PeopleTools (PT) 8.59. When executing Update Sec Deploy Permission, the following errors are seen in log file:

 

When opening Component Interface EOPM_ACCESS_LISTX_WEB857_CI in PT 8.59, we get the error:
  "The structure of this Component Interface is invalid due to either format or Component changes (123,6)".

Then, Application Designer does the auto-repair: "Component Interface successfully repaired. (123,7)".


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to PT 8.59.
2. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Security Deployment > Update Sec Deploy Permission and execute the process.
3. Check output log file for the error messages.
