Symptoms
Summary Projects do not appear in Project ID Search on Project General Search.
When searching for a project ID, while the user can search using the component for the Project ID, the user is unable to use the lookup for specific projects.
Replication Steps:

1. Navigate to Project Costing - Project Definition - Define Project General Info and search for a Summary Project by giving criteria for the program as "Program".
2. Result will appear.
3. Now on the same page lookup for project id it will result blank.
