Symptoms
When attempting to press the search Button on Academic Item Registry, Find an Existing Value
the following error occurs.

Class Row Method GetRowSet Scroll SSR_AIR_H_CRSE is invalid (2,270) SSR_PROG_ENRL.Components:SSR_PE_AIR-SRCH.OnExeute
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Curriculum Management ->Academic Item Registry ->Academic Item Registry ->Find an Existing Value
2. Click Search and Error Occurs
3. If you remove the academic item type in the set up it works fine
