ELM 9.2 : View Team Members Reporting To - Actions Not Using Effective Dated Logic For Translate Values Field 'LM_ACTION_SELECT' (Doc ID 2817380.1)

Symptoms

The Direct Team drop down actions on Manager Self Service are not using effective dated logic for the values.

While inactivating several translates for LM_ACTION_SELECT, using "row insert" on the Translates, instead of the values disappearing, they have doubled.


Steps to replicate the issue:


Prerequisite for testing:
Navigate to: PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > Translate Values
Open field LM_ACTION_SELECT
Add a new row “Value 2”, making it inactive as of Jan 1, 1970.
Make sure that the manager you are logging in has Direct Reports


   1. Navigate to Manager Self Service Homepage > Team Learning Tile - Team Members
   2. Select a Direct Report for "View Team Members Reporting To" and click on Go
   3. For a Direct Report go to the Drop Down Selection for the Action
Observe: The Translated values that were inactive are doubled
