E-FTP: When Clicking Add Attachment on File Attachment Window, IE shows "Browse" and EDGE shows "choose file" Options (Doc ID 2817441.1)

IE shows "Browse" and EDGE shows "choose file", when clicking on Upload File on File Attachment page.

Below are Few Examples for replication:

1. Navigate to Menu >> Self Service >> Payroll and Compensation >> Tax Savings Declarations IND

2. Select Chapter VI A – 80CCC

3. Click on Upload in Grid Chapter VI A – 80CCC

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Peopletools > Utilities > Debug > PeopleTools Test Utilities

2. Enter URL ID as: record://PSFILE_ATTDET

3. Try to attach a file.
