Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

An instructor gets more session dates in his email than he is instructor for.

If a class has more than 1 session date and an instructor is only for one of these days, then that specific instructor gets an notification email with all the session dates of the class saying that these dates are added to his roster, even tough he is instructor only for 1 session.

Steps to replicate the issue:
   1. Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Classes Setup 4 Learning Components: Add 2 session dates, for Session 1 add Instructor A, for Session 2 add Instructor A and B
The session dates should be added through Session, not using Patterns
   2. Enterprise Learning > Learner Tasks > Administer Class Rosters
Instructor Roster: The Roster is correct. It mentions the correct session date
   3. Enterprise Learning > Notifications > Notification Templates
Delivered LM_ACT_INSTD_SCHED: Sent to Instructors when an class has been scheduled for them to teach
