EGL 9.2 : GL Trial Balance Report Print Extra Header In Between Transactions (Doc ID 2817755.1)

Symptoms

When the recent version(of Image 41 or 40) Trial Balance report (GLS7012) is run in CSV format it now displays the chartfiled header selected during the run on run control page (e.g. Account) after every 23 rows.

Steps:
-------------
1) Running the report via Root > General Ledger > General Reports > Print Trail Balance
2) Choosing CSV as output format.
