E-ES: When Building a Search Index the PTSF_GENFEED Message Log Contains Repeating Identical "Total segments published: <n>, Total segments success: 0, Total segments error: 0" Entries and the PTSF_GENFEED Process Never Completes (Doc ID 2817921.1)

Symptoms

   1. The PTSF_GENFEED Search Index Build Process does not finish to completion and must be cancelled

       - And -

   2. The PTSF_GENFEED Message Log for the index build gets filled with repeating identical entries similar to the following (where <n> represents zero ("0") or any positive integer):

"Total segments published: <n>, Total segments success: 0, Total segments error: 0"
