When attempting to deploy a PUM Image on Oracle Enterprise Linux 8.4, the following errors occur in the DPK setup log when attempting to start services (Database, Application Server Domain, Process Scheduler Server Domain, Web Server Domain).

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the PUM DPK files onto OEL 8.4
2. Run the DPK setup in Full Tier [for a PUM] or Mid Tier mode [for PT DPK]
3. Install fails when starting services.
