E-DPK: DPK Fails to Start Server Processes When SELinux is Enabled on Oracle Linux 8: Puppet Error: 'systemctl start psft-[Server Type]-[Process Name]' returned 1 instead of one of [0] (Doc ID 2817926.1)

On : 8.59 version, Install and Packaging

When attempting to deploy a PUM Image on Oracle Enterprise Linux 8.4, the following errors occur in the DPK setup log when attempting to start services (Database, Application Server Domain, Process Scheduler Server Domain, Web Server Domain).

ERROR

Puppet Error: 'systemctl start psft-db-CS92U022' returned 1 instead of one of [0]
[...]
Puppet Error: 'systemctl start psft-appserver-APPDOM' returned 1 instead of one of [0]
[...]
Puppet Error: 'systemctl start psft-prcs-PRCSDOM' returned 1 instead of one of [0]
[...]
Puppet Error: 'systemctl start psft-pia-peoplesoft' returned 1 instead of one of [0]

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the PUM DPK files onto OEL 8.4
2. Run the DPK setup in Full Tier [for a PUM] or Mid Tier mode [for PT DPK]
3. Install fails when starting services.
