After Creating A Questionnaire and Activity Guide and Tile, When Clicking on the Tile Getting Message: "At this time there are no processes in progress" (Doc ID 2818383.1)

Symptoms

After Creating A Questionnaire and Activity Guide and Tile, when clicking on the tile getting below message:

 

1) Go to Enterprise Components > Questionnaire Framework > Questionnaire Category

   A) Click ADD

2) Name the category and click on Add

3) On the new page add the information and save

4) Go to Enterprise Components -> Activity Guide Composer -> AG Composer Categories

  A) Pull up QST0000001

  B) Go to Security tab to review Roles - Note role

5) Now go to User Profile and add that role to VP1

6) Go to Enterprise Components > Questionnaire Framework > Manage Questionnaires

  A) Click on Create Questionnaire

  B) On the new page enter info and click on done

  C) Click on Next

7) Add Instructions and click on Next

8) Click on Add New Question - add 2 questions and their answers

9) Click Next through all of the rest of the steps till you get to the last step and then click on Activate Questionnaire

10) Go to Enterprise Components > Activity Guide Composer > Activity Guide Utilities > Clone AG Compose Category

  A) Enter the info and click on the category

  B) Click on Clone Category

11) Go to Enterprise Components -> Activity Guide Composer -> AG Composer Categories and pull up TEST (click on correct history) and change the effective date

12) Go to Steps tab – change information

13) Go to Input Context Parameters section and enter the information and click on Save.

14) In the steps section delete all but 1 step

15) Go to Enterprise Components -> Activity Guide Composer -> AG Composer Templates

  A) Click on Add Activity Guide Template

  B) Enter the information and click continue

16) On the General Information tab enter the info and choose the category you created. Save.

17) Choose the activity guide type. Save.

18) Security tab – click on Add a Security Role

  A) Add below roles and save.

         Administrator - AG Composer Administrator

         End User - PeopleSoft User

19) On the Additional Actions tab create an action for exit. Save.

20) On the sub banner tab - keep default. Save.

21) On the select steps tab Click on Add Step twice and save.

22) On the organize and configure steps tab enter the step descriptions

23) On the next tab accept the defaults by clicking on save

24) Click Next on the notifications tab

25) Click on Activate Activity Guide.  After clicking on button get message: Your activity guide template is activated.

26) Go to Enterprise Components > Activity Guide Composer > Activity Guide Utilities > AG Composer Tiles

  A) Choose to add a new value

  B) On the new page enter the values and save.

  C) Click on publish tile

27) Click on the home button in the upper right hand corner to be taken to the home page - see that tile is added

28) Click on tile – get this message: At this time, there are no processes in progress.
