BI Publisher report crashes on AIX Process Scheduler when processing large XML data file (i.e. greater than 200MB XML data file). Issue is seen on Application Server and Process Scheduler servers using IBM AIX JDK 8.0 Fix Pack 26.

In a specific situation PY_SSP_PRINT Payroll Print process runs to error and PRTUSCHK BI Publisher was crashing and generating peopletools_state.txt and process_state.txt files everytime a 200MB XML data file was being processed. Smaller XML data files were going to success.
