Job Opening status becomes Draft after moving applicants to Interview status.

The current (Flexible Process) configuration prevents Recruiters and Hiring Managers from moving applicants from Withdrawn to Interview status.

When a Recruiter/Hiring Manager attempts to move one or more applicants with a Withdrawn disposition status to Interview status, the error message (18177, 2919) is triggered, preventing the Recruiter/Hiring Manager to continue the action. This is as expected.

However, when a Recruiter/Hiring Manager attempts to move multiple applicants with at least one of the applicants have a Withdrawn status to Interview status, a new page pops up. This page is empty with only the OK and Cancel buttons available. Moreover, when the Recruiter/Hiring Manager clicks on the OK button, the Job Opening status gets updated to 005 Draft.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as the Recruiter/Hiring Manager (NOT Recruitment Administrator)
2. Navigate to Navbar > Recruiting > Search Job Openings
3. Enter Job Opening ID the click on the Search button
4. Click on the Job Opening hyperlink
5. Select at least two applicants, including the applicant who has a Withdrawn status.
6. Click on Group Actions > Recruiting Actions > Manager Interviews
"Group Action page is empty with only the OK and Cancel buttons available."
7. Click on the OK button
8. Enter Interview Schedule details then click on the Submit button
a. Date: 06/28/2021
b. Start Time: 9:00AM
c. End Time: 10:00AM
"You have successfully submitted interview details for XXXXXX for the job Employee Relationship Specialist -- 994491 (0,0)"
9. Click on the OK button to close the message. Take note that the Status of the Job Opening has changed to "005 Draft".
