Contact Information For New Contact ID is Not Displayed on Open Enrollment Activity Guide When Assigned To A New Contact Group (Doc ID 2818952.1)

Symptoms

Add a new Benefits Contact ID and Contact Group. When assigning the new Benefits Contact ID to the new Contact Group with Components BNE_CARD_SUMM_FL & BNE_PLAN_1X_FL, the new Benefits Contact ID information is NOT displayed on the Open Enrollment Activity Guide.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Add a new Benefits Contact ID (Navigation: Go to Workforce Administrator > Benefits Administrator > Benefits Configuration > Administrative Contacts).
2. Add a new Contact Group (Navigation: Workforce Administrator> Benefits Administrator> Benefits Configuration > Enrollment Contact Assignment.
3. Assign the Contact ID to Components BNE_CARD_SUMM_FL & BNE_PLAN_1X_FL (Navigation: Workforce Administrator > Benefits Administrator > Benefits Configuration > Enrollment Contact Assignment).
4. Go to the Open Enrollment Activity Guide> Benefit Enrollment Step.
5. Contact Information for the new Benefits Contact ID does not appear.
