Symptoms
Unable to get/retrieve the access token from MS Azure and fails with the following error in the errorlog.html:

To replicate the issue:
1. The issue can be reproduced when navigating to PeopleTools -> Security -> OAuth2 Administration -> Authorized User
2. Click the Get Access Token link
