When Editing a Requisition That has a Justification comment and Combo Edit Enabled, Adding a New Justification Comment, These Newly Added Justification Comment Will Disappear When Resubmitting the Requisition (Doc ID 2818986.1)

When editing a requisition that has a justification comment and combo edit enabled, adding a new justification comment, these newly added justification comment will disappear when resubmitting the requisition and trying to view them from the requisition details page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Navigate to Home page > eProcurement Tile > Create Requisition tile and create a multi line Special Request requisition
  2. Add a justification comments
  3. Save the Requisition
  4. Edited the requisition from My Requisition page
  5. Click on one of the requisition line hyperlink in the Cart page to edit the requisition category
  6. Select a category which does not have the account cost center combination set up
  7. In the Checkout page, add a new Justification comment
  8. Submit the Requisition
  9. Combination Error message will appear for the line that was updated
  10.  Select the line with the error message and click on Mass Change
  11.  Select the correct Account Cost Center Combination in the Mass Change page
  12.  Click OK
  13.  Ensure that the new Justification comment is still present in the Checkout page
  14.  Click Submit
  15.  Click on the View Print Page
  16.  The new Justification Comment is deleted
