SFP: SAFI Picking Up And Being Sent For Applicant Status (Doc ID 2819021.1)

Symptoms

SAFI messages being generated for programs in which a student only applied.

  1. Home > Campus Community > Student Fin Planning Interface > Process SFP Messages
  2. Choose Institution
  3. Choose Message Class = Student Academic and Fin Info
  4. Under Population Selection, choose Query = QA_CS_CC_SFP_SAFI
  5. Select Run
  6. Review XML results/log file on Process Monitor
