Symptoms
YTD entries for inflation calculation are wrong in Argentina Localization.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add an asset in Argentina localized environment.
2. Run am_depr_calc, am_amaedist process on this asset.
3. Run AMDPINFL process
