In Fluid eProcurement, Item ID is not Displayed before Item Description on Shopping Cart and Checkout page (Doc ID 2819407.1)

Symptoms

In Fluid Requisition, Item ID is not displayed before item description on Shopping Cart and Checkout page

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : eProcurement > Create Requisition 
2. Search item
3. Add an item to the cart
4. Click Checkout (Item ID is displayed on the Requisition Lines\)
5. Click eProcurement Tile
6. Click Create Requisition tile
7. Search and add Item
8. Go to Shopping Cart
Issue : Item Id is not displayed
9. Click Check out
Issue : Item Id is not displayed
