Signing into a Campus Solutions classic self service account, and Accessing the Account Services, 1098-T tab using a mobile device results in an error. This error does not occur using a laptop.

User selects Yes
Selecting Yes can sometimes generate the following:'This site is attempting to open a pop up window'. Two options are presented: Block and Allow
Open of files /xmlp/xxx/SSF_SS_1098T.XML failed: no such file or directory
Called from SSF_DERIVED_NAV.SSF_SS_1098T_YR.Field change
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Using the browser on a mobile device, sign into a self service account;
- Go to Account Services;
- Access the 1098-T form page;
- Select one of the existing 1098-T forms.
