Symptoms
When navigating to "View all learning" and attempting to select/modify supplemental learning, the system spins and locks up. The performance issue looks to be coming from a pull against the PS_LM_AD_CI_DET_VW view.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Enterprise Learning > Learner Tasks > View all Learning
2. Search for a learner
3. Select Learner
4. Set the Search Filter to a Supplemental Learning filter
4. Select the “Modify” button for one of the rows
