Symptoms
The Position Number and Position Description appear down and overlaps on "Override Position Data" button in Read-Only mode.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Review an employee Job data in Read Only mode
2. Review an employee Job data in Edit mode
3. Observe the differences - Position Number and Position Description overlaps with the "Override Position Data" button in Read Only mode, but does not overlap in the Edit mode
