Fluid Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Benefits Enrollment For Rehires is Showing the Prior Fiscal Years, Year To Date Balance in Employee Self Service (Doc ID 2820153.1)

Symptoms

A Spending Account (FSA) is set up on a fiscal year basis. After applying PUM Image 38, an employee was terminated in the prior Fiscal Year with an FSA Deduction Year To Date (YTD) balance of $875. When the employee is rehired in the next fiscal year which is also in the same calendar year and attempts to re-enroll into the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plan, enters an Annual Pledge amount that is less than the prior fiscal years Year To Date (YTD) balance, receives the following message when clicking Done in Employee Self Service:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure a Spending Account to use a fiscal year (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Plan Attributes > FSA Benefits Table).
2. Terminate an employee who had been participating in an FSA (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data).
3. Rehire the employee in the next fiscal year but in the same calendar year
4. Employee re-enrolls into Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in Employee Self Service (Navigation: Employee Self Service > Benefits Details tile > Benefits Enrollment).
