Symptoms
Cannot process the ASN messages ADVANCED_SHIPPING_RECEIPT due to the error
Steps:
1. Navigate to Service Operation Tester Search (PeopleTools-->Integration Broker-->Service Utilities-->Test Service Operation
2. Select the Service Operation ADVANCED_SHIPPING_RECEIPT Version_2
3. Provide Data, either Upload data from the xml file attached or copy data from the file and paste it in “Enter Data”
4. Click on OK
5. Click on Invoke Operation
6. Message gets submitted with done
7. But data didn’t get inserted to the PS_EO_EIP_CTL table
