Termination Benefits Administration Events Not Terminating Benefits from Previous Manual Benefit Program (Doc ID 2821333.1)

When employees whose benefits at one time were managed by Base Benefits are terminated, the employee was found ineligible for all Benefit Programs but the Event finalized to an Enrolled Process Status. While most of their benefits were terminated, however, their enrollments in Plan Types 10 and 27 were not.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Benefits Administration process for the employees' termination events (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
