EGL/CA 9.2: FS_JGEN Processs Which Triggered From CAREV Running For Long (Doc ID 2821784.1)

Goal

When running CAREV delivered job, it is running for nearly 2 hrs .
It is the FS_JGEN process that took nearly 2 hours at the step FS_JGEN_JRNL.JLine.GetLines.

Steps:
1. Navigate to Customer Contracts > Schedule and Process Revenue >Process As Incurred revenue
2. Run CAREV job (which triggered FS_JGEN process).
3. FS_JGEN ran for long at the step FS_JGEN_JRNL.JLine.GetLines.
