Symptoms
When attempting to run Application Engine FS_MAP_PR, the following error occurs:
FS_MAPPER_AET.FS_RET_DESRC = MsgGet(6162, FS_MAPPER_AET.FS_MAP_RET, "");
Fetch Field: FS_MAPPER_AET.FS_MAP_RET Value=45
Store Field: FS_MAPPER_AET.FS_RET_DESRC Value=Could not parse the whole file. (6162,45)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup Fin / Common Definition / Data Import Export Utility /Map Definitions / Create Map Definition: with Transform DateTime Source Filed Date format YYYYMMDD
2. Navigate to Setup Fin / Common Definition / Data Import Export Utility / Data Import Export Request and Run Application Engine FS_MAP_PR
