ESOCIAL: S-2240 Event Returned with Error From eSocial.

Symptoms
S-2240 event returned with error from to eSocial stating that the <tpAval> and <epcEpi> tags should not be populated when the<codAgNoc> tag is equals to 09.01.001.
Steps to Replicate the Issue:
1. Navigate to Workforce Monitoring > Health and Safety > Define Hazardous Environments > Worker Conditions BRA > Hazard Agent/IPE page.
2. Update the Hazard Agent Code with 09.01.001 and do not fill the Hazard Evaluation Type.
3. The message appears: Missing value for Hazard Evaluation Type field. (6567,1271) Hazard Evaluation Type is required.
4. Run the process to send the event S-2240 to government and review the validation.
