EPY: Employees Are Not Able View Paychecks When Transferring Companies for One User (Doc ID 2822065.1)

Symptoms

The Employee transferred between two companies and now they do not see their current company paychecks, only their prior company paychecks.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Employee is transferred between companies (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data)
2. Pay advices are run to allow employee self service viewing (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create Direct Deposits > Create PDF Advice Forms)
3. Employee tries to view paychecks and cannot view them (Employee Self Service > Payroll > Paychecks (or Paycheques if Canada)
