The Calculate Retroactive Ben/Deds Process Does Not Create Refunds for Retroactive Changes to General Deduction Enrollments

When a change to the General Deduction enrollment date to a later pay period is entered, retroactive deductions are not calculated from the beginning of the prior enrollment start date, only as of the new enrollment start date, therefore, no refunds are calculated.
1. Add a retroactive change for a General Deduction enrollment deduction for a few months later than the current enrollment. Payroll For North America > Employee Pay Data > Deductions > Create General Deductions.
2. Run the retroactive benefit deduction calculation process. Navigation: Payroll for North America > Retroactive Payroll > Retro Benefits/Deductions Process and Review Requests > Calculate Retroactive Ben/Deds.
3. Review the results to see that no retroactive deductions were calculated. Navigation: Payroll for North America > Retroactive Payroll > Retro Benefits/Deductions Process and Review Requests > Update Retro Ded Calc Results.
