Symptoms

The process monitor Push Notification alerts are showing URI links and does not work when clicked

To reproduce the issue:

1. Go to the PeopleSoft application home page
2. Locate the the bell icon on the top right portion of the page and click it, it will expand
3. Go to the Alert tab
4. Locate the process monitor alerts and click them
