Incorrect Tabbing Sequence While Creating A New PO

Symptoms
The tab order does not begin at the top of the page starting with the Copy From the dropdown, Hold From Further Processing, and PO Date Fields. This would allow the visually impaired user to tab through the page once to enter all values and save.
STEPS
1. Navigate to purchase order >create PO >Add update PO
2. Create a new PO .Go to the line page
